Effective Date: March 1, 2026 — Last Updated: March 1, 2026

Welcome to Moto Hub. By creating an account or using our customer portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a Moto Hub customer account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not register or use the Moto Hub customer portal.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By registering, you represent that you are of legal age and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. Moto Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful registration information including your full name, email address, and contact number.
  • Promptly update your account information if it changes.
  • Notify Moto Hub immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Not share your account credentials with any third party.

4. Use of the Customer Portal

The Moto Hub customer portal is provided to enable you to:

  • Book and manage service appointments for your registered vehicles.
  • Track the status of your service orders and repair jobs.
  • View invoices, payments, and transaction history.
  • Register and manage your vehicle information.
  • Review and approve service estimates and quotations.

You agree to use the portal only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.

5. Service Appointments and Orders

  • Appointments: Booking an appointment through the portal is subject to the availability of our service team. A booking confirmation does not guarantee immediate service if unforeseen circumstances arise.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel or reschedule an appointment through the portal. We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations to allow other customers to be accommodated.
  • Service Approval: Before work commences, you may be required to review and approve a service estimate or job order. Your electronic approval through the portal constitutes a binding authorization to proceed with the described work.
  • Payment: Prices displayed are in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Moto Hub reserves the right to retain a vehicle until outstanding balances are settled.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Moto Hub platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of Moto Hub and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Moto Hub and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the portal, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or service interruptions.

In no event shall Moto Hub’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms exceed the total amount paid by you to Moto Hub in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Moto Hub customer portal is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of information displayed.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Moto Hub platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

10. Modifications to Terms

Moto Hub reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the portal. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Termination

Moto Hub may suspend or terminate your account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that it believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, Moto Hub, or third parties, or for any other reason. You may also deactivate your account by contacting us directly.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
